Daniela Bendor

Managing Partner

Daniela Bendor brings more than 25 years of experience in technology investments, investment banking, and senior executive leadership, advising founders, boards, and institutional investors through complex moments of growth, restructuring, and capital formation.

​

Prior to founding a merchant bank, Ms. Bendor was a Managing Director at Axiom Capital, a full-service investment bank with $2 billion in AUM. Daniela was a Managing Partner at Broadmark Capital and was heading its New York office. Previously, Daniela served as a Managing Director at Marco Polo Partners (spin-off from Lehman Brothers) responsible for the origination and execution of M&A and financing transactions focusing on the technology, fintech and life sciences sectors. In addition, she held a managerial position at Becton Dickinson (NYSE:BDX) and led a Corporate Finance and Strategic Planning Department at Arthur Andersen, Israel.

She has successfully invested in and advised on transactions totaling over $8 billion in value. Daniela serves as an advisor to senior management and Board of Directors regarding complex strategic and financial transactions. She is also a frequent speaker at M&A, finance, technology and healthcare-related conferences.

She holds an MBA from The Hebrew University, graduating summa cum laude, and maintains FINRA Series 7, 79, and 63 registrations.

She currently serves as a board observer at a large CPG retail company, as a board member at a New York exclusive global network of family offices and private equity firms. She previously served on the board of Well Life Network, a $150 million nonprofit healthcare organization.

Ori Karev

Managing Partner

Ori is a serial entrepreneur and serial CEO with global experience from Fortune 100 corporations and tech unicorns to startups. He has served on global boards and led organizations operating in more than 100 countries. Having run multiple startups, these experiences provide Ori with a diverse and deep understanding of the focus necessary to harness global opportunities and their execution.

Ori has served on various boards and as CEO at leading global companies in roles including CEO of United Healthcare International Division ($1 billion claims under management, 1,300 employees, 100+ countries, 5 Boards); CEO of Gett US and its B2B business unit, which achieved unicorn status (B2B 200% growth, customer acquisition and rides 1,000% growth); CEO of a global reinsurance brokerage business operating in Europe, Asia and Latin America (placed $1 billion in insurable risk).

Previously, Ori has also been involved (Board, C-Suite, Investor) with several startups in health-tech, fintech, reinsurance, telematics and online publishing.

William Eicher

Food & Beverage Operating Partner

Bill is a consumer products executive with over 30 years of expertise spanning start-up/emerging ventures, the private equity/private investment community and Fortune 500 corporations.

​

A Co-Founder and former CFO of Boardwalk Frozen Treats - taking Baskin Robbins/31 Flavors ice cream into national retail grocery distribution - Bill understands what it takes to increase distribution from humble beginnings into a national business.

​

Bill served in several corporate development roles at Kraft Foods, mostly as Kraft's Vice President of M&A. He helped evolve a mature, diversified $20+ billion revenue North American food business via 14 acquisitions (including Nabisco), 29 divestitures and several strategic trademark license agreements. Selected deals include the Back to Nature acquisition and the South Beach Diet trademark licensing agreement, which together created over $300M+ of profitable annual revenue.

Bill is now using this expertise to acquire and build healthy food brands that will help change the way Americans eat from highly processed, sugar-laden foods to more nutritious, minimally processed healthy foods with simple to understand ingredients and labels
